Yes. That is true that checking from the back is not always reliable. Unfortunately pants tend to be so loose these days that that is the only way short of watching a guy dress or undress. I think I have fairly high standard for deciding someone is freeballing, but I've been fooled before. I don't think there are THAT many guys wearing the ultra low rise briefs or bikinis that all my sightings were false, but there's no way I'll ever know for sure.
