As long as it isn't going to have any effect on her then I would leave it:).
I used to wish my dogs ears wouldn't go up:)LOL They are just so freaking cute like that:).
Give's her personality and like you said it might just pop up someday you never know.
I just felt bad cause I remember you being worried about it months ago and here I was assuring you it would go up and now it's a while later and it didn't:). But I love it like that:).She is a gorgeous girl:).Can't believe she is already nine months old!
