Does anyone have some perimeters for a 2.3 turbo or advice for tuning that they would like to share. My car has a fairly radical street set up. I am currently using 55lb injectors and 18psi with the stock turbo. I have a custom innovative turbo on the way and am going to be installing 84lb injectors soon. Here is my current set up.

SDS EM4-D, NPR intercooler, 75mm edelbrock throttle body, gutted upper and lower intake, 55lb injectors, fully ported big valve iron head, AMS camshaft and adjustable sprocket, Venolia pistons good to 30 psi, total seal rings, h-beam rods, stroked to 2.5, Ported exhaust manifold, full 3 inch exhaust, msd 6BTM, Thats all of the top my head.

I also have plans to buy a header and an esslinger head (next summer, I work two summer jobs so I can buy car parts for school , I have a tial 46mm wastegate that I will be using with the new turbo and probably a 3.5 inch downpipe.

e-mail me and i will send you my current setup for 55s. pretty agressive map, and i suggest you use it with a decent fuel mix. my setup is pretty much like yours asides from being stroked.. but i use an external gate, header, and big hybrid. pulls straight through 7000rpm at 26psi without any issues. the only thing i'm battling is high egt's at idle... i suspect magnet position or something fishy with base timing. and just as a side note, i wouldn't be concerned with 84#injectors if you want to keep the car fairly streetable... 55s are more than enough assuming you can get the fuel to them via high pressure high flow pump(s). i used a set of 72#injectors for less than a week before i switched to lower flowing ones.
