Hi gang...I/m looking for anyone in the San Diego CA or southern CA area who might be able to tune my SDS better. Any suggestions??
Alternatively, does anyone have a good tuning "map" for a 418W with Stack Injection.(DC&O manifold)? I have tried to tune it but have only had moderate success. Anyone with perhaps a spreadsheet of how you set your fuel and map curves (and other parameters)? Currently running 42lb injectors, with 199L/HR fuel pump and regulator at (I think) 60psi. Plenty of fuel pressure and have an adjustable regulator. Currently the problem is lack of "tuning from about idle to about 2800 RPM's. Above that, the current tune/settings seems fine. Any suggestions??
Also, SDS is the basic model, (no timing adj)andrunning MSD billet dist (mechanical advance using the springs it came with) and MSD 6AL/Blaster II coil for ignition/spark.
