Hello all,
I ended up selling my engine and all the goodies to one of my buddies and currently installing it in his 83 280zxt (Current car 240z). The engine was able to put out 356 whp when it was in my car and now it feels like 150hp, I know the programming and all have been changed and now having a hard time getting the car to run strong again. I need your help...
Im using the sdsefi 3m unit with coils, 60-1 hifi turbo, 550cc rx7 injectors, Spearco intercooler, fpr @ 38 psi, Custom intake manifold, Hks Wastegate, Isky Camshaft
I drove the car for the first time after the install and here was the problem.
The car idles ok, after warm up it drops of low and wants to stall out
During acceleration the car seems to drive ok, not as strong as i remember though, was really strong out of boost before.
Now for the boost, Took forever for boost to even come on (problem 1)wouldnt go above 5 psi (Problem 2), Heard like a clank, felt like a surge, I dont know what it could be (problem 3)
I really need help on this one...
