Hello all. I have been using an SDS for a few years to control my supercharged Miata, and finally got around to puting an Innovate wideband unit on it, specifically the LC-1 and XD-16.

LC-1

XD-16

I went to data log my first session, and it only gave me a time line along with an air/fuel ratio. Not very helpful without RPMs and manifold pressure. I know I'm getting tose numbers show up on my EM-4 keypad in real time, so there has to be a way to get the same data over to the XD-16 and the Logworks software.

Barry is helping, but I thought somebod may know in the mean time.

Thanks

Jack

Datalogging

I use the LM-1 and LMA-2 (RPM Converter) to datalog from my SDS EM4-6F with 6 channels showing. I'm not sure if the LC1 can datalog without a PC. That's the beauty of the LM1/LMA2 setup. The LM1 does the datalogging, up to 44 minutes, and you simply upload the data to your PC into Logworks. A simple interface cable can be made very easily with the LMA2. The XD-16 is nothing more than an overpriced gauge in all reality.

Barry can provide you with the pinouts of the SDS ECU to connect to the LMA-2. It's VERY simple. It not only works with the LMA-2, but with the Auxbox as well.

Hope it helps.
