6mm x 1.5mm is exactly what I calculated by comparing the cell dimensions with the pitch of the CF connector pins using your image at pbase gallery ;-)

Polyacene Lithium capacitors with similar dimensions and case I found here (PAS614L) :

Although the capacitance of PAS614L seem to be very high (0.25 Farad) 90 uAh compared to the 3.4 to 5.5 mAh of manganese silicon lithium accumulator cells is not too much...
Im not sure what standby current is needed for the CMOS clock of the camera so I cannot calculate how long the battery/capacitor is able to backup CMOS data.
BTW what does "4V11" mean?
