This guy (MAX) cruises this Wing to all the local watering holes with a big log chain wrapped around himself. He's always got a spray can of something that he's holding a match to and lighting up the sky. I can't seem to get a pic though. I recently saw him in the middle of M-13 doint a smokey burnout. Crazy
