Well, after a rainy ride over here on Friday night I began to wonder whether we would get rained out on Saturday. Just before going to bed, I checked the weather forecast and it called for 100% chance of steady rain on Saturday. Oh well, I guess you can't go to 20 or so events in four years and not get rained out at least once I thought and went to bed. Much to my surprise I woke to just cloudy skies with no wind!!! The first heats went off and still no wind or rain....maybe we're going to get lucky...well, we went the whole day with none of either. Lake George was flat and we actually got sun and 75 degrees at one point during the day. All and all we had a great day on the water. I had a blast running next to Bill "Hollywood" Fisk in the Came to Play. My arms were tired when I got to the docks. Thanx Teri, Gene, Chuck and the rest of the crew for having us. I personally would love to see two days here with two cranes.... I love this place. Jason
