When, Where, How, do you catch the catfish in Folsom Lake? I'm from Utah and I know how to catch the cat's there but what about Folsom?

I have been told by a master that Salmon Falls has some big cats near the narrows. I have caught some fair sized ones at night off Beales Point. Good luck.
