I don't understand the purpose of the Shambala Bill. Why would the government want to take my baby away from me? She is well cared for and a very happy girl. She is 7 mos. and 84 pounds and I love every ounce. If someone could get back to me about this bill I would appreciate it quite a bit. Thank you, Angel
