I don't know # of performances, but Cats played in the Paramount Theater in Seattle in September 1998 and, in 2003 (I think May). It did not play in Seattle between those two dates. Here's the website for the Paramount.
http://www.theparamount.com/ If you call them, they may be able to answer your question about # of performances. I don't know the dates for earlier performaces as I wasn't a fan until the PBS broadcasts in late 1998. Cats doesn't play Washington State often.
