I gots a wonderfuffle idea!!!! This is the last US Tour, right?
I'm thinking of contacting RUG and giving the idea of a CATS Boxset!
It could contain the movies of the US Tour, UK Tour, and Video in one!! What do you think?

I doubt that it will happen. This concept might be the ultimate "Wish List" item, but that is where it would stay.

RUG released the videotape of the production but no soundtrack, even though fans have asked for it. Also, the Video comes "close" to the UK Tour version, so I do not believe they would film that one. As to the US Tour... well... they did not videotape the Broadway version...

If I had the wish, I wish they would redo the video, add in a proper Growltiger skit, and add the Aria (or even to The Ballad of Billy McCaw...). Sir John Mills was excellent, but they could have had Tony Timberlake (Gus Jr.) played Growlie and add another half-hour. Fans would watch that - after all, they sit through a performance...

But, it is a nice thought...
