I thought I'd post a re-introduction, though I know most of you here
I'm Sadie...been a CATS fan since the age of 6 when I saw the 1st Tour. saw it on bway a 'fw' times before it closed...and most you know me from m.net. I completely forgot about this board, and can no longer remember my login, so I'm subbing with this name until I do
For an update on me...After a whirlwind year of doing 4 shows locally, I took a six month sabbatical from shows to spend time wtih my family. At the time it was my hubby Erik, and my son Denver. Right when I went on my first audition in 6 months for Chorus Line (I wanted Val, which I was perfect for ...the Val they picked in the laughable production had no T and too much A...but I digress)...I ended up getting very ill after the audition...I figured it was because I was dehydrated...but I learned two days later it was because I was pregnant! So, needless today outside of doing wigs for my favorite local director/producer and his partner ~ a wonderful costumer ~ I've been out of the theatre scene. I now have a beautiful baby girl of 7 mo. that's been added to my family (will show pictures soon...in rush right now ).

Keith ~ Wonderful to see you and see you're doing well!! Hopefully I can get the family down to Disney sometime to see you again!
Ecty ~ I see below in the posts that you're an entertainer at Disney now!! Congrats!! I'm insanely jealous I'll look for you on AIM again, I still have your SN in my buddy list!!! We can catch up!

Anywho, yes I'm working at disney now hooray!!! I get to play with my favorite charcter everyday!!! hehe and I'm in a show for the holidays called Celebrate the Season...so if anyone is down here deffo come see me!

No, in all seriousness, I did talk to the guy for almost an hour about NYC and what shows to see and what he's seen (he goes about every 3 months and sees one on bway and one off bway every time)...it was great...
The eerie thing was...he could have been Keith's twin!! I found it amusing, at least...

Hopefully we can have a reunion sometime! If we manage to get down to FL some time in the next year, I'll be sure to let you know, and to look for you!!! (It will be easier to get there now, my in-laws have a place about an hour from Orlando now...of course the way they drive it's probably actually 30 minutes away *Giggle*)
I hope you remember me. I had no idea you had gotten married. Your babies are soooooo adorable. Boy have I been out of the loop for a long time, when did this all happen?
I just got back from NYC today I went to see The Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. The last time I went to NYC was 3 yrs ago, seems like ages. It breaks my heart everytime I pass the Winter Garden theatre and see a different show there. Take care.

WEll, let's see a timeline here....I moved out of MD in 2000, met my hubby in 2001. STarted dating him December of 2001, got engaged March of 2002, married in October of the same year
Good news is, I have never locked my keys in the car again since my birthday that year we got stuck in the parking garage, and my parents never learned the truth! giggle But that car has met it's sad demise thanks to my father-in-law, earlier this year giggle I have pictures of it somewhere here...it got messed up ROYALLY. My FIL is lucky to be alive, that's for sure.
Don't worry about being out of the loop...I feel terribly so as well...that's why I popped back in here! To see familiar faces I haven't talked to in a long time...I think we all shy away from m.net just a little it's so bonkers anymore :D

I never forget the day you locked your keys in the trunk LOL. And I'm so glad your parents never found out the truth. So the car has gone to car heaven, I'll miss that car we had so much fun in it.
It sounds like you have moved on the bigger and better things. One thing I've come to appreciate most in life is family, especially our children. My son is now 13, 5'5" and even though he's going thru the teenage years I'd never trade him for anything in the world. I'm still working with children with disabilities, and even though the job doesn't pay my bills I can't give it up because I love the children so much.
The only ones hear from these days are Jazz and occassionaly Billy, he never chances does he LOL. It would be nice to see everyone again. Do you remember Jessica, tall girl, she's a nurse. Words is that she and Donavan are getting married this coming January. I still dance, in my old age, I love it so much and I'm happy when I'm dancing. Take care,
Donovan IS getting married...I'm watching his countdown in his LJ...he's been working on the invitations giggle I still talk to him semi-regularly. Denise (Balurina) and I haven't talked much in the past year or so...but I still talk to quite a few others...Filakatessa is now one of my best friends, we talk pretty much daily and run two forums together, and Tiggertailz and I still talk frequently (we stopped for a while, but recently found each other again ), as I said I see Donovan on LJ, and um..purrnilla, that's it. It's hard to remember her CATS name giggle I'm used to her LJ name now.
LOL. Yeah, fun in that car. That drive home I kept sticking my head outo f the window to wake up because Ana fell asleep instead of keeping me company!! Oh, that was the worst day (after the best day w/ my Stephen/Tugger dance *giggle*)!!! Unfortunately, I didn't get the car fixed until Monday, but I lied and told my parents I was in Baltimore instead of NYC. They would've freaked if they'd thought I was in NYC G
Yes, as I told my hubby tonight, I have such a different focus now. Two years ago I had my son in my life and that was it (which was important of course). CATS was my great escape, my great cling-to. Now I have a hubby and baby...and my focus has so shifted. I still have escapes, and hope to one day get back to theatre (remind me to show you some pics of the last show I was in...nutso)...but for now they are it for me. I can hardly believe that my son is just about 8 now!!! Life has moved so fast the past few years!!

My IM is a little different than it used to be it's sunsh254 and my email is up above. I still have AOL but my business is growing so fast that I had to move to a faster internet provider.
I don't get to talk to much of the old gang much these days, like you CATS was my escape from the boring life I had. However now my life has changed to the positive so much, along with some new friends. Don't get me wrong I still love the old gang and wouldn't ever had wanted to miss out on all the fun, also I'd would love to meet up with everyone again sometime. But I also love the direction I'm going in now. Like they say it's like another chapter in my book and I can't wait to see what happens.
