Since you are the resident expert on the last Broadway production, can you get me anything on what was perceived as the cast pairings? I remember hearing that for a while Munkustrap was more around Cassandra because the two of them were actually going together. I also know that he was not with Demeter this time - since Alonzo wins her after the fight...

I would appreciate any help you can give me on this...
Thanks

Hey, there~

This is going to sound strange to you, but I really have no idea about who was paired with who or a lot of the background of the characters in the show. I know that when I was learning the show in Germany and in New York, I was given a short character background on Plato, Macavity and Rumpuscat. That was about it. I have a feeling that there are more people on this site or other sites that would know more of what you need to know than I do. Kind of sad that I don't know the answers, but for me, I just had fun doing the show and figuring out things for myself.

Take care and I hope someone can get the answers you're looking for.

Keith

Thanks for getting back to me on this... I guess in many ways, the pairing probably varied practically from performance to performance. The pairing difference that really stands out is the tendency for Demeter to go to Alonzo rather than Munkustrap in the Broadway version. Thanks for whatever insights you give us, Keith...
