Okay, okay, it's a kid's book. But, it's so nicely done, and so well-layered that I can easily recommend it. An evening's read, but a couple of days later, I was still having "Aha!" moments when a part of the story slipped into place.

Very good for a light read.

I've been telling people I know for AGES to read that book, and they always give me the "isn't that for kids?" thang. Or even worse, "I already saw the movie." Ummm, hello? The book is ALWAYS better than the movie!

There are lots of good "kids" books out there--glad that you gave it a shot!
