Wow what a read! I started reading this book and couldn't put it down. I read it in one day! This book is a autobiography of Martha's leaving the LDS church and all the horrors that went with it.

My husband and I did pretty much what she and her husband did- resigned from our religion by letter. We were just plain fed up.

Hey Littlebear, yeah I loved her book. My neighbor is good friends with a Mormon couple and she told me about the undergarments. Is that wierd or what? She also just got back from a trip with them (open-minded of them as my neighbor is Lutheran) and she was amazed at how many medications the Mormon friend was on. I said, "probably due to the religion" and she agreed. Too much stress!

Another good Mormon read is "Under the banner of heaven" a true story of murder among the Mormons. It's amazing how much relates to JWism. I also enjoy reading about Amish and ex-nuns.
