What happens to FD personnell who are mean and nasty...

to others. Let's say Craig Brice becomes Captain.
If you thought he was obnoxious before, he's even worse as a captain, and hates a certain female character in my story, and won't let her do anything, though she is a certified paramedic. His obnoxiousness in the past as a paramedic has earned him a beating that almost costs him his life. He becomes Captatin at Station 51 on the B shift, and
and Cathy Brackett is there, and he is just as hateful as he can be to her, as well as Johnny and Roy. Almost like a drill sergeant in the Marines, if you can imagine that. It gets so bad, that Captains DeSoto and Gage, and BC Hank Stanley rally to her side.
Captain Brice calls Cathy rubbish, and is glad to be rid of her. Now, that I've given you this kind of information, what I want to know, is can Captains be recalled for being nasty to pepole under their command.
BTW, Cathy is a darned good paramedic, and when patient V-fibs, she tells him, "Don't check out now, Pal, your wife still needs you, and loves you, and isn't ready for widowhood yet. Come back to us. After the third countershock, he's back in normal sinus rhythym, and is breathing on his own, and Paramedic Cathy Brackett say, "Welcome back to the Land of the Living, Pal." I know the unconscious can still hear us, so it seemed like it wasn't the man's time to go. Her dad, Dr. Brackett congratulates her.
BC Stanley says she was one of the best paramedics to work under him, and give her job at his clinic, so she doesn't have to suffer any more abuse from Captain Brice.
