In the Emergency! episode "Frequency", Johnny must treat a friend who later dies. My questions:
1. Should Johnny have been allowed to treat his friend or should Roy have made Johnny wait in the squad and tended the man by himself? I ask this because I wonder if any Paramedic could fuction and do his job, knowing that it was a friend he was treating.
2. After his friend died, shouldn't Johnny have been given a few days off so that he could grieve his friend and help the man's wife? I think he should've been taken off duty as soon as his friend died.
