Rocketball

I have downloaded a emulator and rocketball
but I have no idea how to get the game running in the emulator

The emulator displays the word VICE in the title bar

Once I download an emulator is there a helpfile which tells me how to run downloaded games on the emulator

Or can someone tell me how to run rocketball on the VICE emulator
The gamefile I have is rocketball.t64
