Put wet tobacco rolled in a kleenex or Baking soda in same directly upon the area. Take a Benadryl and doing that should take care of the wasp sting until you can get to a doctor. Just because you don't swell up doesn't mean you are cured necessarily of any adverse reaction to bee or wasp stings. Red Wasps are the worst and in MHO the most vicious! They will come for you and sting you just because they can, IF you know what I mean. A line from the movie "The Ghost and the Darkness" comes to mind to describe their aggressive behavior which in my case was unprovoked the last time I was stung--'they do it (sting you)for the pleasure of it.' But of course, in the movie of the same name, it was three lions who killed and ate railroad workers just because they could. To this day, no one knows why those lions of Tsvao were the way they were. Male lions do NOT hunt together in a pack like the three did or they did until they were killed (NOT by Michael Douglas).
