I'm Referring More to the Type of Trades Person who Works in the ToolRoom of a Manufacturing Plant, and Building Injection Moulding Tools for the Plastics Industry, or Press Tools for Stamping Out Shapes/Parts from Sheet/Strip Steel or other Metals. A Hands On Machinist who Operates Lathes, Milling Machines, Surface Grinders, Spark Eroders etc in a Tool-Room or Machine Shop. Not So much a CNC Operator etc. In New Zealand the Hourly Rate is Somewhere around $NZ45-60 Per Hour, so I presume it Would at least be the same in the US if not More?? for Tradesmen in the Same Field.
