I am trying to find out if I can hide or change my IP address when sending emails, using ICQ and surfing the internet. I use a dial up connection.Is there a program or anything for this? Thanks a ton ..

I dont know why you are posting here .. but basically your asking us if there is a way that the pizza delivery driver can deliver pizza to your house without actually knowing your address.. Tho it's not fully impossible it's not something for the lighthearted to try .. basically you'll have to do everything through some type of proxy .. ICQ isnt that easy to get someons ip anymore .. you can sniff packets and pull the data out of that but for that to happen then you must actually be replying to their messages .. Email can be spoofed in various different forms but it is allways traceable .. trying to hide your ip makes you look like your up to something wrong too .. ie: child porn or illgal distribution of software/music/video
