4.1.3 is exporting sectors.txt containing the same stuff as cim.txt [c.f. 4.1.1 which cim.txt had the cim, sectors.txt had the ztm in a cim style format]
[I'm using it to import a .twx, and then export the information as sectors.txt if that makes any difference- if the .twx import problem is that its skipping the ztm then ignore this post]
