Loss of scrollback data question

Earth,

I am having a really annoying problem with the scrollback data. Many times, when I scroll back to check something (like how much damage a Q-cannon did) the data is missing in the scrollback. It seems that the scrollback usually loses info whenever one of those silly ANSI graphics things clears the screen (such as when you launch a photon missile or enter the Stardock.)

Is this any way around this? This is becoming a MAJOR issue for me. :\

Thank you (again),
galaxi

You aren't really losing data. Let me explain. When Tradewars Clears the screen, it is using some ANSI standard. ATTAC mirrors that and duplicates it in the scrollback.
Here are some options.
1. Click ATTAC->Options. Select Logging and log ALL printable output and append it everytime. That way you save everything.

2. Turn off ANSI graphics in tradewars. Select C then N then 2 (i think it is 2)

3. You might also want to increase your scroll back (after implementing option 1 or 2) by clicking ATTAC->Options and clicking on Window.
