I keep turning off the Kill Fighter options and setting it to pay tolls but ATTAC keeps killing all the figs it runs into .

When running scripts? are they toll or def figs? did you set both options?
Did you set the sector size of the game correctly?

Yes both options are set correctly. and whey the program starts to kill the fighters (both types) I double check and make sure the settings are correct.

This does not happen all the time. but it seems to be happening more frequent.

I will look into it. I am basically done with the next version. Just a few minor things, hopefully that will help this issue.
