Funding Needed $125 Million - NE Florida Asian Theme Park Project

I am principal to a new multicultural theme park -AsiaTownUSA (www.AsiaTownUSA.com). We are in formative stage and organizing a funding initiative for $125-150 million. We are open to Joint-ventures, Private placements or loan facility.

Too bad you could not add a casino to AsiaTown....that would be a huge draw.
