ever got in touch with Transpacific credit union of Sweden E.F.? I received a "BCL" (!) with a signer whose e-mail was not correct: on such an important communication.. weird. I would be glad to know your opinion.

Transpacific credit union of Sweden E.F is a structure which is not allowed to go out and offer any services to non-members, its a member based structure which needs natural members, advising etc  towards non-members is not a business  which is allowed and investment banking in itself offered to the public requires a specific banking license even in Sweden.

I seek to clarify whether Tanspacific Credit Union of Sweden is a bank. Can they issue Bank Guarantee? Will any top prime banks accept their BG and release credit line?
