Response to problem with 05

have a problem with a piece. I have allowed such instances to be documented on the RM Forum as I know people at Richard Mille view this forum and it may help.

I am sorry that you are such a distance from the dealer, however, I suggest you call the dealer and start to work out how you might resolve this. Richard Mille dealers in my experience are responsive and should deal with the problem in a professional and swift manner.
