Driveline problem

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and I am hoping that someone might be able to help with a problem. My 85 GT has developed a nasty vibration. It happens at any speed. There is a clicking or knocking noise as I come to a stop (it sounds like a loose bracket knocking against something).

Any ideas? Anyone know how I can test my ujoints?
