Sounds like your syncro is gone. Take it into a tranny shop and get an estimate on rebuiding it. If you decide to rebuild it, go to a racing shop and buy a Ford Racing heavy duty transmission rebuild kit. The components including the syncro will take a lot more **** and abuse than the stock stuff.
