HELP !

I apologize about my english, I speak spanish.
I'm located in Argentina and I'm about to start the restoration of my 1967 Mustang GT fastback.
I plan to make it all original on the body , interior and front end.
I will buy a new engine for my car, a 427 side oiler, new transmission Tremec 5 speed, and a new rear end.
I don't have the necesary experience about all this matters and that's why I need a lot of help.
The car will be used in the streets, mostly as a daily driver, using regular pump gas (93-95 octane).

- what's the best place to buy all the necesary body parts, trim parts, weatherstrips, front end kits and rear disc kits. I heared that NPD National Parts Depot is one of the best quality parts retailer, is that right? I would like to buy the best quality parts for my car.

- about the engine, I want the Genesis 427 side oiler crate engine, with around 650 hp, I think it is a stroker engine. I liked it because of its vintage look, because I wanted it to look like a vintage 427 cobra engine. I would like to know if this is a right choice, if it's a serious company to trust in, and if it is better than the others in making this kind of big block new engines. They would sell me a turn key engine. And if you do not think this is the best option, wich one is it?

- Headers, wich one is the best?

- Exhaust, what diameter?

- Transmission: I heared that the right one would be a Tremec TKO 600 - 5 speed, is that right? or there's a better one?
Where can I buy it?

- Rear end, I want a new one but I have no idea about where to start searching about wich one is the right one for this engine and transmission. Please let me know all the details about this parts, brand, gears, etc.

- Traction bars, wich one? are they necesary?

- I have seen a couple of exhaust-like pipes that fits under the car for the purpose of strengten the body-chasis. Are they ok for my car? or they will make the car excesively "hard" to drive?

- Clutch, I understand I need a twin disc clutch, is that ok? what brand do you recommend? what size?

- Cooling system, what kind, model, size of radiator?

- Air conditioning system, brand, model, provider?

- Wiring harnesses, I want to install all the wiring harnesses new. What brand?

I would really appreciate your valuable help, because I'm about to send the deposit for the engine and parts and I'm not sure about what to do.
