Actually, the Braves have a good coach - Phil knows the game well and from what I understand is a good communicator. I do think they had enough talent brought on to that team to move past the first round.

It's a monkey on the Braves back that they just can't shake - almost like a lacrosse version of 'The Curse of the Bambino'. Took a while for the BoSox to shake that one too.
