If Blake Kenny was picked up in the dispersal draft then how is he not an AP, and was Ingram also picked up from the draft? I ask because there is a kid from Nepean that is playing with Peterbrough (Craig Cowie), he was drafted and his rights picked up by Peterbrough through a trade. Does the dispersal draft not register the same as the draft itself?
