Have 40 hrs on my T2 now and prior to this I flew a Zenair CH701 (slow high wing) and prior to that a few tube and fabric microlights and some gliding many years ago.
So I don't consider myself experienced, and had never flown a plane with the performance of the T2.
I find the T2 relatively easy to fly and not what I'd call twitchy but it does require my attention 100% of the time, especially on landing and take off (which is no bad thing anyway!!) I suspect that if it is particularly sensitive in pitch then their is probably something amiss in the way it is setup. I would be checking the C of G, angle of incidence of the tailplane and control surface and joystick deflection measurements are as per the plans.
