These people are not made accountable so they willingly, deliberately and blatantly turn their gross idolatry and wickedness to anything good and pander to the homosexual agenda and anything anti-family thus putting them on side with a corrupt dictatorship that endorses the same bent.

The only protection against "judicial activism" (look it up in Black's 5th L.D.) is the common law, and a knowledge of how to use it.
Judges are not immune to liability when they step out of, or beyond their prescribed limits of authority. The common law writ of quo warranto applies to judges, as well as any other government official. Check it out.
