In view of so many court decisions in the U.S. (canada as well) overturning laws of states you begin to wonder how the U.S. constitution got thrown out the window. Was not the constitution designed to keep checks and balances in government? To prevent one branch of government from having overwelming powers. Today the courts keep overturning laws from state governments. It seems judges have more power than state governments. The judical system is imposing a strangle hold and it appears washington is complaisant as it serves their purpose. Great site by the way. I hope New York voters will wake up in time and not vote this witch into office.
