Which group deals with our rights to travel without state registrations on our vehicles. Basically I wonder how fast my motorised bicicle can go legally without regulations.Exceptions are made for aircraft 254lbs.+less. Why not force the govt. to give us a weight limit.

Does not a motorized bicycle require a plate already as would a motorcycle/ motor scooter? Aircraft is a different area.
