Clinton_Gore have no intention of leaving office so why think about a transition government. They rigged the election in New York state to put that Hillary abomination in as senator. Did anyone really think to ask why the front running candidate for that senate seat withdrew half way through the campaign leaving the repulicans with no alternative but to drop in another candidate late in the stretch run against that viper witch? Don't think for a min. that Clinton would not send in troops, he thumbs his nose at the rule of law.
