so much for seperation of Church and State

I guess freedom of religion means nothing to these people. What do you expect from communists (ie. left wing) who try to oppress all religion, among other basic rights.

Personally, I don't know how they could enforce any law like that. At least now with Bush coming into office we don't have the threat of more religious oppression attempted by the Klinton/ Gore administration and their little anti-Christ supporters.

The people (Christians) in Oregon might want to take that to a higher court.

Religous freedom?

The government respects every religion but Christianity. I went to a catholic school that was ordered to remove a picture of Jesus from the hallway! You won't find a bible in most school libraries but you will find books on witch craft.

The Christmas tree thing is surprising though, because it is not a Christian practice...
