suit against gunmakers

The governments limp wrist approach to criminals who use firearms to commit crime is the real reason for gun related violent crime, not the gunmakers. People driving while blasted drunk by alchol are responsible for the resulting death count on our roads not the maker of the drink. Smith & Wesson made a pact with the devil (Clinton-Gore) to avoid going to court. This business of threat and intimidation tactic by government against a legal business is a new world order/UN mandated move calculated to tie up the manufacturer of firearms in litigation and lawyer bills and force deals to limit production etc. A city government placing before the court such an action should not be allowed to go forward as such level of government does not regulate firearms in the first place. Colt should receive a judgement against the city and recover any out of pocket expenses incured in defending against this action. Deal with the criminal, not citizens who use firearms for hunting or sport.
