Will Justice be further stalled on June 11

Timothy McVeigh seeks a further delay of his execution beyond the June 11 date. Lawyers continue to milk the system after going over the redundant files by claiming that there are more files which were not released. What next?

Mis-Trial

If we still have a constitution in America, then Timothy McVeigh should walk. Because the Constitution doesn't allow for a man to be tried twice for the same crime, and the first was clearly a mis-trial, maybe this was the plan from the start.

You may be right. Perhaps a mis-trial was planned from the beginning. If the fix was in, that would account for why this cold blooded killer was not the least bit repentant leading up to the May deadline.

Conviction is clear. No new evidence that is relative to the case has come forward.
