Accomplishment one: winning election despite the fact that the American people did not want him to

Accomplishment two: helped bring and keep a power and oil crisis in the country

Accomplishment three: brought us closer to a nuclear war with one of the strongest militaries in the world (China)

Accomplishment four: allowed his daughter to drink while underage (this may not have much to do with politics but then again neither does adultery)

Accomplishment five: got Europe pissed at us

Accomplishment six: brought us deeper into an economic slump


I hope you all enjoyed this and I hope you find some good bomb shelters. It'll be a great four years!

Undoubtedly You must have been a Gore supporter. If I were you I would wipe that smirk off my face. It doesn't matter who is in office, the result is just the same. The U.N. still has control of Government, no matter which country we live in. And the sad part is that we aren't smart enough to see how they manipulate us. Have we become educated beyond our intelligence? Or are we just so rapped up in our self esteem that we can't think of anything but ourselves? We should be trying to devise a way to get our countries out of the U.N.

But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.

Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The History of the present King of Great- Britain is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World."

So you're saying anyone who voted for Bush are not Americans and should not get a vote? Typical Liberal Communist. Anyone who says something different than you shouldn't have a say. In your opinion only Gore supporters are Americans...

Yeah, must be the president, not the oil companies bottle necking at the processing plants.

How exactly did he do this? China has nukes because of traiters like you (mainly the Klinton adminstration) giving them nuclear technology. Do you really believe Bush caused that incident with the plane? Explain.

Yeah, can you imagine teenagers drinking. You probably think they are the first. Of course, you never had a drink until you were 21. However, Bush did not 'allow' them to drink. When a teenager does something wrong, it's not because they had permission from their parents. Some day when you grow up and have kids you'll see.

And yes, adultery has to do with it. If you lie to your wife, you'd lie to everyone else. (someone who'd commit adultry just might give nuclear secrets to China while accepting campain money - or perhaps let dangerous felons out of prison for a bit of spending money).

Europe's been pissed at the U.S. since we bailed them out of yet another war. When you're the most powerful country people will dispise you. It's called fear.
If you think Europe has been friendly toward us until Bush, then you don't pay attention. Klinton was a laughing stock to them. Did you know that?

You mean the one that economic experts have been predicting since long before the elections?

Has anyone ever noticed how communists say that capitalists cause economic problems and yet communist countries are among the poorist? They also claim that a Right Wing government causes a poor economy. THEN complain that the rich vote Right Wing because they get richer - but they're the ones with the most to loose when the market goes down. If a right wing government is bad for the economy, then the 'rich' would vote left wing so their dollors would be stronger.

Anyway, Hi all, I'm back. Hope I didn't miss too much.

I think that Bush is seen internationally as having a back bone. The commies love to hate him. Oil companies greed has created the oil crisis and not Bush. Clinton was an international disgrace. The comedy network in Canada and the U.K. had a field day with him. Good to have you back Mike, I agree with most of what you say, but it was the allies who won the second world war and not solely the U.S. as hollywood might suggest.

Bush is doing a great job so far. He handled the China incident with diplomacy and good judgement. He also sent a strong message to them in doing so. A community member of this forum "George's page" should be mentioned for his excellent comments on turncoat senator from Virginia.

I personally think president Bush is doing a great job. So his daughters (teenagers) got caught drinking under age, - what does that bit of mud slinging have to do with performance on the job. Look at Klinton and zippergate, and all the other gates and it was'nt his daughter doing it it was him depending of the definition of "is".
