We elect people to represent the wishes and best interests of our country not plot in secret in back rooms behind a security wall to implement a hidden agenda and a world dictatorship making us all slaves to world government. It is a UN directive to rein in all the guns (not for public safety) for total control. It has happened systematically all around the world. America is the last hold out and you know what they are doing to bring it here also. Demand that the U.S. kick the UN out of New York, drop membership in this snake pit and press our trading partners to do the same. Keep your guns America,- we need them more each day now.
With their social change policies in effect, proponents of world government have little now to fear from the: church, the individual or the nuclear family.
The last obstacle in paving the way to global government, however, still remains - the private gun owner. Desiring a smooth transition to tyranny, (with the appearence of unanimous consent), our global masters require guns be eliminated from the equation as well.
The Second Amendment was put into the U.S. constitution for a reason - your forefathers had first-hand knowledge of tyranny - a knowledge which today's Americans lack. It is imperative that you remember that your nation once escaped a great global tyranny; to welcome such a tyranny now with open arms would be a grave mistake indeed.
If only Canada and other nations had had a similar history to draw from, perhaps we would not have fallen so easily. Remain faithful to your source of strength America - much depends on you now.
World government has been on fast track through the UN as a delivery vehicle for some time now. Way past time to drop out of the UN and form a co-operative block with our major trading partners.
Don't you think you people are more than just a little paranoid? This all seems very surreal to me. Are you sure you are not just dreaming this stuff up for lack of anything better to do? Conspiracy theory, sounds like the X- files to me or the comedy corner. Maybe you all need to get out more and not watch so much TV. The UN is an association of independent states which assemble to discuss solutions to international matters of concern. American's have far to many guns out there so why not cut back. We do that on our own not the UN.

I can trace so many of our laws to U.N. conventions. I can illustrate how once the U.N. adopts a given principle or enshrines a new law, that nations around the globe follow.
By simple observation, we can notice immediately an overwhelming similarity in recent laws around the globe: from social issues to political ones. For example, the U.N. proposed affirmative action and enshrined it as a means of ameliorating inequities. Every western nation then adopts this legislation - even though it flies in the face of the "best person for the job should get the job" mentality shared by most Westerners.
The United Nations is dominated by socialists who do not have the best interests of the United States at heart - the United Nations has its roots deeply planted in the soils of communism. In fact, the body despises the U.S. in many ways as it stands in the path of so many of their long range plans.
Is it paranoia to suggest that the United Nations is working towards global government? Is it? Because if that is the case, then why is the United Nations calling for "global governance" - forget the lawyer babble; you know what that means. Why does Koffi Annan state that national boundaries and traditional concerns over sovereignty will not interfere with UN intervention? That means people, that the United Nations will not respect the borders of the United States, if it feels that action on your soil is necessitated.
Perhaps it is crazy to suggest that a UN international court should NOT have the ability to override the rulings of national republics? Oh, but there again, it already HAS.
I think you should read my posting under the topic of Christians being booted out of Canada. Read the United Nations' stance that spanking is unacceptable. Consider that Canada signed on to this legislation, and that in doing so, is obliged (forced) to comply.
It would have been ridiculous, even "paranoid" five years ago, to suggest that parents who would choose to discipline their children through spanking would have their children forcibly removed by the state - but that is exactly what happened.
It would have been paranoia years ago to suggest that homosexuals would be guaranteed the right to parade in downtown cores in full view of children 20 years ago. But there again, it was predictable and has happened.
(Those mayors who've refused to comply have been heavily fined). Or that homosexuals would be given the right to adopt children. Why not? 1. Both Male and Female role models are required for proper functioning according to psychiatric studies 2. Homosexuals have a rate of predation on children which is many many times higher than that of the rest of the population.
It would be silly for anyone to suggest that our leaders would be meeting secretly in global conferences, behind 30 foot walls, barbed wire and thousands of riot and paramilitary forces only a matter of 20 years ago, but here again, it is happening now all the time.
So maybe paranoia, in this case, is just common sense. I see what's happening - the trend is easily predictable since in many cases, they're so arrogant now as to actually tell you what they plan to do next.
You want to know what the United States will do in the future? I'll tell you - everything the United Nations tells it to. I'll give you one right off the top of my head - expect gun registration with the next administration (as per UN mandate). Expect it.
