infection

Hey Daz..!
So I don't know if you remember me...me and my twin sister went and got matching tattoos...later, i got a scaffold piercing...my sister got 2 cartilage piercings...i got a tragus piercing...then my sister got tunnels...
well even if you don't remember me..I have a problem =(
I got my scaffold and waited 12 weeks for you to put in the bar...but now the top piercing got really infected...i put in the small, separate pieces again and I'm cleaning it everyday and putting antibiotic cream but nothing seems to work. There's absolutely nothing coming out of it, it just hurts really bad and it's really swollen.
I really don't want to take it out. I went to a pharmacy and talked to a pharmacist and they prescribed me these antibiotic tablets called Amoxicillin. I've been taking the tablets for about 10 days now and there's no change.
What else can you recommend?

Hygiene- eyebrow piercing

Hey, how hygiene-aware do you have to be in the healing stage of an eyebrow piercing? i dont mean like washing, but like would going to a festival be risky cos it would be difficult to wash it properly for a few days? Thanks

TATTOO'S we got!!

me and my cousin both got the same tattoo here we brought in our transpher how ever you spell it and some how the tatooist who done them got them different on both of us and there totally messed up it says nan and one of the N's is different from the other and its wonky (god knows how he done this when our transpher was completely spotless for mistakes)

my advice for people looking to geta tattoo here........

DONT DO IT - there shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. Tattoos are only done on 18 years old plus; that's UK law. Any good tattoo studio will abide by this law. Plenty of rotten ones don't. Please don't give them your business! Just be patient!

URGENT HELP ME PLEEEEEEASE!!!!!!!

Hello, i got my tragus pierced about 8 weeks ago, i thought it would have healed by now but for the last few weeks i noticed that it gets lumps filled with watery liquid around it, i clean it 2-3 times a day with saline solution and a cotton bud but it has got worse and it bleeds almost every time i clean it now. A friend said that maybe its not be healing because i am cleaning it too much and making it too moist to heal is that true? I have taken the piercing out today as i noticed that the front of the piercing(the ball) had actually gone inside the hole!!!!! I am worried about putting it back in because the hole at the front is quite big and i dont want to make it worse. if i leave it out for a few days and then put it back in will that help??? do you have any suggestions on what i should do, or do i need to come into the shop? Please Help me!!!!!!!!

Hi

Yes, sounds like the jewellery is too small for your piercing, but without seeing it I can't say for sure; if you've taken it out then it's likely to close very quickly so stay on top of keeping it clean to avoid it healing up with debris inside which may cause bubbles/cysts; please phone or come in if you're able.

With all these things it's a case of everyone is individual so an eyebrow piercing on one person might leave barely a mark, on another it may be quite visible; aftercare and maintenance play a part, wether it takes a knock during its life too. Sorry, can't predict it mate
