I have been on Independence Pass on my way to Snowmass once before. Now I am going back
in early August but am a little confused:

Is Independence Pass and HWY82 the same thing?

If not, how do I find the pass from Boulder?

If so, how did I once get to Snowmass without going through the pass?

I'm just not sure where this thing is!

Highway 82 is the road that reaches Independence Pass.
