med flight profiteering ???????????

ACCORDING TO THE GRAPEVINE DCH HAS BEEN USING MOUNTAIN STATES HELICOPTER
AND NOT VA'S MED FLIGHT WHICH IS PAID FOR BY THE STATE AND IS FREE
SO THEN THEY TURN THE PEOPLE OVER TO COLLECTIONS BECAUSE INSURANCE REFUSES TO PAY FOR ALL THE CHARGES WHICH SHOULD BE FREE. IS THIS TRUE DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE.
