Why enter now?
As the website is attached to a major New Zealand directory service, with links from the Hamilton City Tourism website, it was decided to add a little extra exposure for the contestants.
In this way everyone can benefit from being involved. Please note that the age range for this competition is 16 years to 30 years as of May 1st 2006.
We are looking forward to having the 2 winners from the Face of 2005 here to assist in the finals judging.
The week long event, in Hamilton City, will ensure a great time for all finalists, with a wine, food and music festival, fashion shows, professional fashion shoots, media and of course the big night, the final judging.......with two winners announced.

Team ‘06 is pleased to announce that entries are now open for the Face of 2006 International Photographic Modelling Competition. The finals will be held in New Zealand.
A week-long festival is planned which will take the finalists on a journey around some of the most spectacular parts of New Zealand, model for professional photographers, be the focus of major events in their honour and participate in the finals and prize-giving evening. The media will also be interviewing the finalists and there will be a strong media presence covering this event.
The Face off 2005, this year, was the first time this competition was brought to 138 countries around the world.
Now the Face of 2006 is being organised to really go global !!!!
The focus will once again be on Hamilton City, New Zealand’s 4th largest city.
The finals will be conducted in front of an audience of 1500-2000 people, with industry personalities judging the finalists, along with the Face of 2005 winners, who will be coming back to New Zealand as guest judges.
Already we have 7 countries represented and this time we have included mini folios for each entrant. The whole competition for 2006 has been upgraded with bigger sponsors, a longer time in New Zealand and a lot more activity to be enjoyed by all the finalists.

We are presently looking for male, female and child models (ages 4 and up) -- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY -- for our upcoming famous all-star mega fashion shows, 2005, held here in New York, the fashion capital of the world.
Our Community Fashion & Modeling Organization” has been in existence for the past sixteen years. We welcome anyone from out-of-state who is interested in coming to model with us, as we have models coming from throughout the nation. (Anyone traveling to us from out-of-state who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.)
Our fashion shows viewed by millions of people via international television and media, print, and, of course, our official online magazine, which covers the event in its entirety, and is viewed by 1.2 million people throughout the U.S.. Your participation will thus, likewise, be viewed by millions. Also, on the night of the show, there will be modeling agents and representatives, people from Broadway theatres, casting agents looking for new talents to participate in their upcoming feature films, and people seeking talent for numerous other projects.
