Question on increased baytril dosage

Sorry guys I've looked on the drug chart and can't figure this out. It says that a higher dose than that normally given is recommended.

My boys weigh about 370g and are on 0.25 ml once a day.

If anyone can work it out, does this sound like a 'normal' dose or an increased dose? If it's the normal one, maybe someone could let me know what I can safely increase it to? (I'm actually giving them about 0.3ml once a day each at the moment).

I think I saw that Deb W had increased the dose she gave....
