Black phase 2 in middlesborough in Britain. It has a hybrid turbo and twin 5" tailpipes out of the middle of the back bumper!
I Also have a Renault 9 turbo phase 2 in white and my girlfriend a Renault 9 turbo phase 1 in silver.
Its difficult keeping my 9 because i have 2 R21 Turbo's and a R21 Turbo Quadra too, but i could never sell it.
Im in Coventry, also in britain.

it is not a turbo but an r11 1.7 GTX. i have just got it and was wondering if you know of any tuning which can be done to it, possibly on the cheap as i am a student.
do the body kits for the r11 turbo fit all r11's. it is an 1989 model, silver. once i start doing it up i will send in some photos. do you know of any good r11 websites.

Hi.. I have a silver 1989 11 Turbo, from the south of England, my 3rd 11 Turbo, love them, and they are such underated cars!!!!
Have any other 11 turbo owners here managed to fit 5inch Componant speakers in the footwells??? im having such a pig of a time due to the size of the magnet, plus also the bonnet catch gets in the way

My 11 turbo has been renovated 5 years back and everything is new..
I also got a new engine but it,s not in the car because the original engine is perfect..
On the pictures it has renault clio 16 v wheels that has been (gepolijst.... heey Arjen , hoe zeg je dat in,t engels?) Pollished .
It also has a radio renault.
But the steering wheel has been replaced now for trhe orginal version because 2 weeks back the car was on the renault 15/17 meeting here in holland.
In 8 years , the car has driven about 100 km (only to very special meetings) and stands during the other periods stil in a showroom ( never 4 sale )

The phase 2 I have is the old one from Ron Kuiper. It's also has a Radio Renault.
I will fit the bodykit on the phase 2. Not really your style I think, but.....I like it. I also have Wiechers rollcage and a set of 16inch Prima-sport wheels that I will fit on the phase 2.

arjen... looking at your phase2, i meant to ask before, but has the rear spoiler been extended??? or isit the angle of the photo thats making it look non standard. Such a funky R11 though :D

It had many problems...but i've fixed them....the only big big problem is that the turbo broke and the mechanics told me that it's imposible to recondition. The color is white...i have a Recaro seat...only one the driver's, the car looks good...and i love it

Hi. My name is Antonio, i'm from Venezuela and i own a red R11 GTL Broadway 1.4 CJ2 (Weber 2-bbl) phase 1 , serial plate VF1, option model B373, manufacturing year 1989, buyed (used) in October 2001. It has four lights in front grille (model 1985). AFAIK, this car was in a lot of cars send to Renault Argentina, but due politic problems they don't be scheduled to Venezuela until 1988. It had some problems, as A/C stopped by electric system, but the car looks good... and still beats 1.6 Chevy Corsas and some Ford Fiestas! , max speed 155 kph (fully loaded and 4 aboard), and i enjoy it! I owe you some photos.

i have only ever saw 1 r11 turbo,on ebay, and diddnt give it a 2nd look. while browsing through a local free adds,came across an '86 phase 1, for 300 quid. when i drove it, haveing owned a r5gtt, loved it,and couldnt believe the performance. it had been to gt tuning, had a 160 bhp chip, full 3'' scorpion, and went like stink. glad i accidently found it, you will see me litterly 'flying' around birmingham in the beastie!!

hi i am Pete from athens greece i have one silver r11turbo phase 1 1984 105ps which i got it from my dad...he drove it from france back to greece...from my erly ages i dreamed of driving it..and now its mine...its very fast(forgot to mension that the car now is 170ps)...i love it...i collect r11turbo pics and satistics so if u have any send me pls..and if u know any good sites to order stuff for my baby...
